Tofu/Chicken-Vegetables in Bolognese Sauce

Hello,

today I have a really delicious recipe for you!


You need for one portion:

300-500g of frozen vegetables

100-150g of chicken/tofu

1 package of Bolognese Sauce


Preperation:

Firstly, roast the chicken/tofu until done.
Then add the frozen vegetables and let them stir for a couple of minutes.
Prepare the sauce like the package says. 
In my case, the chicken vegetables mix replaces the minced meat. 
So I had to put the bolognese mixture over my vegetables and put 250ml of water and let it cook for about 5min. 
You know its done, then the sauce starts to thicken.
